Offered for sale by the consulting forester is a stand of mature pine timber totaling 46.432 acres. This area will become the Department of Transportation right-of-way for the I-295/Fayetteville Outer Loop. With the exception of normal stream side management zones, the entire timber sale is to be clear-cut and may be accessed via a farm path from Andrews Road. Within the timber sale area, pine sawtimber averages over 4,291 board feet per acre and 163 board feet per tree.
