Offered for sale by the consulting forester sale is a small stand of timber totaling 16.5 acres. The timber sale is to be clear-cut and may be accessed via an old woods path from Medlin Road. Within the timber sale area, pine sawtimber averages 693 board feet per acre and 111 board feet per tree with pine chip&saw contributing an additional ton per acre. Hardwood sawtimber totals 1,742 board feet per acre with hardwood fiber providing 9.3 tons per acre.
