The timber sale is to be clear-cut and may be accessed via a farm path from Eagle Rock Road, through the pasture. Within the timber sale area, pine sawtimber averages over 3,191 board feet per acre and 177 board feet per tree with pine chip and saw contributing an additional 14.4 tons per acre.
